In her most recent role she was People and Talent Director for Macdonald Hotels, the UK’s largest privately owned hotel Co. with 55 hotels and resorts.

She was also Managing Director of the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa in St Andrews and General Manager of the 5 star Rocco Forte, Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh.

As President of Hospitality and Real Estate Co. she lead their US and UK luxury hospitality and Real Estate portfolio, with over 1700 staff and turnover in excess of £100 million.

Key areas of strength include, cultural change, people strategy, service excellence, sales, marketing and revenue management.
